Here are some common exam rules and regulations:
Materials
Students should bring only the materials required for the exam, such as pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, rulers, and calculators. They should carry these materials in a transparent case or pouch. Students should not bring any electronic devices, such as mobile phones, smart watches, or headsets.
Behavior
Students should not communicate with each other or with anyone outside the exam hall. They should not leave their assigned seats without permission from the invigilator. Students should not use unfair means, such as cheating or copying.
Arrival
Students should arrive at least five minutes before the exam starts. The exam hall doors close five minutes before the exam starts to distribute exam materials. Latecomers are allowed to enter after the last student who is already seated receives their exam materials. Students are not allowed to enter the exam hall after a certain time, which is usually 15 minutes for in-semester exams and 30 minutes for end-semester exams.
Consequences
Students who violate exam rules may face consequences such as expulsion from the exam hall or other punishments. Students who are found using unfair means may be dealt with accordingly.
